Roku has on multiple occasions, taken $1.00 from my account and/or subscribed me to channels without my permission. I truly wish to pursue legal representation for this. This seems like it should be some form of violation. It's a very sneaky tactic in order to leech money from the unsuspecting. A good Lsuit should correct Roku's "bad faith" behavior.

Go to your online dashboard at https://www.roku.com/ or https://my.roku.com/dashboard and setup a PIN for purchases under "Device Settings".

If you don't need your payment info for any Roku Pay subscriptions, also remove your payment info under "Payment Methods".

I have never had the above happen to me, so you actually may be getting scammed by others using Roku as an alias.  You can contact Roku billing at https://support.roku.com/contactus and select Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions for them to look into further for you.

Also, check your Roku account online, and go to the bottom of the dashboard where your devices are listed. Make certain there are no unknown, old, thrown out, sold devices listed. Remove any you don't recognize.
