Roku overcharge refund info

Need refund charged twice on rouko how do I get refund was charged friendly 59.99 and 95.99 dec 2023. Please advise perkrobi7311@gmail.com

I get that you’re being billed for a subscription you canceled back in April 2024. It's possible that this subscription may be linked to a different email account. I highly recommend checking the email associated with your TVs or devices, especially if you have multiple Roku units. To verify the account linked to your devices, follow these steps: Go to Home > Settings > System > About.

@Percilla, edit your post by clicking on the three vertical dots and remove your email address.  You're just inviting scammers to contact you.  After that, contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.

Why have I been getting charged 9.99 a month for a Paramount plus subscription that was canceled in April 2024?!!!!!!!
