I am being charged $94.99 for the Fubo.tv Pro plan. This price is $15 more than the $79.99 Fubo charges for the same plan when paying directly. I have contacted customer support both at Roku and Fubo. Neither can explain why and support at both companies instruct me to contact the other.

Also I was previously paying for Fubo.tv directly, not through Roku and would like to know how I can go back to direct billing by Fubo to resolve the pricing concern and lack of proper support, without losing access to all of my stored recordings

Please be advised that the pricing of individual channels available on Roku varies depending on the service. Many offer free tiers alongside premium subscription options for additional content. Also, if you subscribe directly through the channel provider, it will create a new account, and your recordings will remain on the old account.
