Roku doesn't recognize I already subscribe Hulu. Prompts me to order Hulu. 1 tv doesn't have this problem, the other does.

Welcome, @Jowick.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Roku Community!

We understand you're having difficulty streaming Hulu on your other TV. We are more than happy to assist you.

Have you tried checking if your TV has the same account as your other TV? If not, try checking it by navigating to Settings > System > About. Compare if your TVs are linked to one account. If your TVs are connected to a single account and you continue to experience subscription-related issues, we recommend reaching out directly to the channel provider for additional troubleshooting assistance. Please note that this channel is managed, maintained, and regulated by the provider itself.
