Roku Doordash can't get it to work

I I have two devices (tvs) 

And it says I don't have anything connected to my account so I can't get the doordash pass

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please get in touch with them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the "Account, payments & subscriptions" options, and they are the best ones to help you.
