Reoccurring charges I can’t identify

I have a Roku reoccurring charge out of my bank but see nothing for it in my account. I don’t know what it is for, how to find what it’s for..  or how to reach an actual human to help me ? I believe I’m due reimbursement from what my Roku account shows as far back as January being my last invoice. Can someone PLEASE help me with a phone number to reach a billing specialist to help me find a solution?
thanx

Rachel

@Rgolden Login to your Roku account on a computer.  Click the support tab. select the accounts, payments & subscriptions option, go to the bottom right of the page for agent support, select "check support options".  You will be given an option to call

@Taylin15, this is a help forum where mostly users try to help other users.  Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.  You'll be able to see any subscriptions that you have through Roku there.  If you still have questions, contact account/payment support at https://support.roku.com/contactus.

Reoccurring charge, 29.00 monthly.  What is it for?

Re: Reoccurring charges I can’t identify

If you’re paying for Roku $13.13 or $10.94 or $14.21 or $6.56 and have no clue what it’s for?.. Check your PayPal account because I had been paying for these for years and cut it all off and turns out I was paying for some APPS thru my debit card directly but then I thought I’m gonna check my PayPal account and BOOM there was the debits I couldn’t find.. and still don’t know what I was paying for!!.. I thought it was shady practices for Roku!.. I was paying like $180 a month for APPS and I don’t watch but Netflix, Paramount+ and Prime.. I get paramount+ & Prime free with my memberships to Walmart and Amazon so when it’s said and done I will only be paying for Netflix.. I don’t know if I have to pay for minimum Roku membership or not but I’ll only pay $6 & change, I won’t be paying for all the other bills!..

Re: Reoccurring charges I can’t identify

@Rhonda37110, I can't help other than to say there is no charge for a Roku account (i.e., no such thing as a "minimum Roku membership").  Any subscriptions you have through Roku will show up on your account at https://my.roku.com.  Just make sure to log in using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About and if you have more than one Roku device you may have inadvertently created more than one Roku account, so check them all.
