Refund for non-working channel.

I’d like to get a refund for the weather channel app. It cannot be accessed on Roku TV. This has been a problem for many months now and has not been resolved. I’d like a full refund for the year I paid for in advance. Thank you.

I did contact them. No solution for access and no refund.
