I'm getting the following error message when trying to access something on PureFlix (subscribed through Roku): You're already subscribed to this channel; Please log in to start streaming. When I click Continue I get the following: Error getting subscriptions; Details------ Error code: -3; Message: Order failed. I originally started PureFlix as a free trial. Several months later I purchased an annual subscription. The free trial subscription shows as expired & the paid subscription shows as auto renew in 2025 but I can't access any content on the channel. How do I fix this so I can access my paid subscription??
