May we know when you started seeing this issue? Also, kindly try to log out of your account, remove the channel, restart the device, and then add the channel back again. Once the channel has been re-installed, try re-authenticating the channel with your credentials and see if the issue happens again. Lastly, we believe your subscription was directly through the channel provider. That being said, may we know if you have communicated this concern with them?
