I signed up for Paramount+ through Amazon Prime for their $5 a month special.

I shared the Paramount+ with my partner on her TV as I understand I can. So now I am being billed $15 by Amazon ($5 plus $10) and in addition, $10 by ROKU.  What is this added $10 for?

I have never been billed by ROKU before
