ROKU IS CRAZ WHY CAN’T I TALK TO A PERSON WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH!?
I am tired of trying to talk to people who do not understand English. Nobody can tell me why every month I have to call wanting to know why I am being charged $.99 a month for CBS and I have Paramount plus that I pay for every month. $.99 may not sound like a lot but to someone who is on a fixed income it’s a lot it adds up.

I 100% agree. They want to charge you just to speak with a customer agent. And I keep getting charged for CBS. WHY?? Can’t get help. Can’t get an American although Roku is supposed to be an American company. This is ridiculous. As much as I love my Roku I’m thinking about switching to fire stick since no one seems to care to talk to their customers

@Tlbryant, ROKU DOES NOT CHARGE FOR SUPPORT! If someone is asking you for money, they are not affiliated with Roku. Pretty much the only way to contact Roku is through their website:
