Purchased Subscription not appearing on box

I purchased a subscription for Showtime on Dec 1st. I can see where I was charged and that it is on my account. I’m now trying to access that same account on my Roku and it keeps wanting to take me to a 30-day free trial instead. I can’t get into my actual account? Help!

You never, ever, need to enter your Roku account password on your Roku device. It's already (permanently) linked to your account. If you have a subscription through Roku, try accessing it through "The Roku Channel".
