Pin won't update still won't allow me to add a channel
I have updated my PIN 5 times and gotten the message that the PIN update was successful, but when I try to add a channel, get a message that the PIN in invalid. And yes, I selected the option to require a PIN when adding a channel or purchasing anything.
I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help. Just to verify, when you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email that is shown?
