Not true. I went to the support page and selected contact or talk to an agent regarding subscriptions. Then I got a popup that said I don't have any subscriptions. Well then stop charging me for one!!! The MAX website says my subscription is billed through Roku - when I click on manage subscription it brings me to the Roku site. Roku says I have no subscriptions yet my credit card has a monthly Roku charge. What a scam.
The phone number shared above is legit. I'm on hold right now and hope to get this resolved. Roku is making this way too hard to cancel, this level of deceit should be illegal.
