@656333 Using the email address you used to post here login to your Roku account on a computer.  Select the support tab and then Accounts, Payments & Subscriptions.  Once that opens scroll to the bottom of the page and select check support options under Agent support.  I hope this helps.

We'd be happy to assist you in updating your password.

Here are the steps to change your password:

1. Go to my.roku.com/password/reset, enter your email, and select Submit
2. Roku will send a password reset email (valid for one hour) with a link (if it doesn't open automatically, copy and paste the link into your browser)
3. Enter a new password on the Create Password page
4. Select Submit
5. Once complete, return to my.roku.com and sign in with your new password

Furthermore, you may visit this support article on how to access your Roku account if you forgot your email address or password
