Today I received a survey in email, purportedly from ROKU, asking for feedback.
The problems with this are two fold. First, it did not come from ROKU, and the links are not to ROKU. They may be to a third-party survey company, but there is no guarantee of that. The second problem is that my spam folder is full of emails that say they are from major outfits (CVS, Sam's Club, Costco, Home Depot, and more). Some of them claim to be surveys. Some of them look very authentic. They aren't.
I don't trust an email that does not originate with the company it is about, and where the links are to anywhere else.
I suggest that if ROKU wants to have a survey, it is arranged to come from ROKU and all the links are to somewhere in roku.com
Thanks!

Would be nice, but Roku often uses third parties for their surveys.
If you post the link you received, a Roku moderator should be able to verify if this is an ongoing, authorized survey.

Everyone uses a third party for surveys, but some companies are savvy enough to link it to their own domain.

I already sent you the requested information. At least I went through all the steps... typing a reply, adding a screen shot, clicking on Send or Post or whatever. That was more than the two hours ago that your most recent request for those things is shown as.
So I went through the process of getting it all together and sending it again. Or tried to. Nothing happened when I hit Submit the first time. I probably tried another time or two. Eventually I scrolled around enough to see that I had exceeded some sort of limit in sending messages, try again later.
That's not going to happen. I'm done.
BTW, the email address it apparently came from was roku@qualtrics-survey.com.
