I recently changed my bank information in Roku & peacock. I was paying for premium plus subscription. Now the account was switched to premium package. When I logged into Roku to change my subscription there was no link I can launch to change it back. It just has information says my premium plus account ended on September 28th, day I changed my account information. I called Roku & they say it’s Peacock & Peacock says it’s Roku. I’m stuck on Premium plan & I don’t know how to fix it!! I’ve never had any problems with Roku till now. I was a big fan, not anymore!! I need help!!
Hello! @pamela_105,
Thank you for posting in the Roku Community!
We appreciate you reaching out to us about managing your Peacock subscription. We're pleased to assist.
You must turn off auto-renew to cancel a subscription you pay for and manage through Roku. You can do this on my.roku.com or your Roku streaming device.
You must contact the streaming service provider directly to cancel a subscription billed by Roku but managed by the service provider (for example, Disney+, Hulu, Sling TV, and Netflix).
If this option isn't available, the subscription isn't managed through Roku but directly through the streaming service provider. You'll need to contact them directly to cancel your subscription.
For more detailed information, please check it here: How to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription
Contact customer support if you don't see the subscription charge on your Roku account, have checked with your streaming service providers, and continue to have questions about a charge.
