Payment taken after subscription cancelled

I cancelled my Disney subscription through Roku after I bundled it with my Hulu and payment was still taken. The subscription is not even showing in my active subscriptions. Also I have been repeatedly billed for months for Nickelodeon by Roku when that is that listed in my active Subscription. Not only that the card that is being billed isn’t even the card on our account. My husbands debit card is linked to the account and it expired in 10/2022 but it my debit card is the one being billed. I need some answers as to why this is happening.
