@Ritmat1965 We need more information. Password for what, Roku, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc......? Are you trying to login on a computer, phone, or Roku device? Some services require a 4 digit pin number in addition to a password if that is what you mean. For example you can set up your Roku account to require a pin to make purchases.
