I ordered 2 cameras from Roku's website. One 360 and 2pack of indoor cameras.

Tracking showed  Acceptance pending. Contacted Roku support in their chat. It was as if I was talking to a Bot it kept referring me to  support for the Roku streaming services. I tried calling, finally was referred to some lady who was from India Very difficult to understand. Finally she told me to contact the Local Post Office. Post office said the never got the package. My order never updated.

Order has been paid for, no one knows where it is. I was told I would not be refunded by the lady from India at Roku Support.

I guess ROKU scammed me out of my money

When did you order these?  Roku doesn't do anything quickly.

On the 13th of this month. It's not so much a time issue rather than the tracking says awaiting acceptance of the product which means the USPS never h got it.

Here is what tracking showed 5 minutes ago.

Your shipment was received at 5:18 pm on June 13, 2023 in SAN JOSE, CA 95101. The acceptance of your package is pending.
