For a refund for a purchase from Roku.com or if you need a warranty replacement for an eligible Roku product purchased from any retailer, you can begin your request using the steps below:
 

  1. On your computer or smartphone, visit the Roku support site.
  2. Select Contact customer support from the bottom of any page.
  3. From the initial pull-down menu, choose Questions about returning my Roku device or managing my order.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. Specify whether your purchase was made at Roku.com, or a different retailer.
