Need help with my PIN please

Roku won't accept my pin to get Paramount plus. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

You can change or remove your PIN at https://my.roku.com .  Make sure you log in with the same email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About.

Thanks for the first post in the Roku Community!

We understand you're having a problem adding Paramount+ since it won't accept your pin. Help is here. Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com.
  2. Under PIN preference, select Update.
  3. To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN.
  4. To change an existing PIN, select Change PIN.
  5. If you have put in the new Roku pin, scroll down and save changes.

If the problem persists, check out this link: How to create, reset, find, or delete your PIN for your Roku account.

I have updated pin and it still says invalid.

Hi @KKJ,

Welcome, and thank you for posting here in the Roku Community!

As you've mentioned, you updated your PIN, which is still invalid. Have you followed the steps we provided above to log in to our website? After updating the PIN, have you performed a system restart? If not, please navigate to Settings>System>Power>System restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.)
