My tv comes with Roku but it’s asking me for a code where do I get the code?

Thanks for reaching us about the issue you are experiencing. You mentioned that when you are accessing your Roku device, you've been asked to provide a PIN code, is that correct?

Follow these simple steps to change or update your Roku PIN code:

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Under PIN preference, select Update
  3. To set up a PIN, select Create a PIN
  4. To change an existing PIN, select Change PIN
