Can’t access my subscription

I just renewed my subscription and have reset my password and I still can’t access my subscription

We want to make sure that we can get this resolved as soon as possible but we need further details. Can you please provide us with the following information:

  1. Which streaming channels are you experiencing this issue on?
  2. Could you please verify if the existing subscription you are trying to access the content from a standalone channel or through The Roku channel?
  3. What was the error message when attempting to stream the channel?
  4. What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing?

Can you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you are experiencing? May we ask where are you streaming this TV show, is it on The Roku Channel or some other channel app? What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?
