Could you tell us more about the issue you're running into? Does the subscription issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? Are you subscribed to Roku Pay, or are you subscribed to the channel provider directly? If this is through Roku Pay, it would be best to talk to the specified team since we need to gather more personal information. You can reach them here. Choose the options for "Account, payments, & subscriptions," and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.

However, if you have a subscription through the channel provider directly, you will need to contact the channel provider for further assistance with the issue you've been experiencing.

By providing additional details, we will be better equipped to provide you with further assistance.

I’m having the same issue with ESPN+.  I bought an annual subscription through ESPN but now Roku says my subscription is on hold.  ESPN says everything on their end looks fine, but my subscription will not work anywhere right now (we tried different networks, cellular data, everything). I should have service until next August.

@jgum0318, if you log into your Roku account using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About do you see any reference to ESPN in your subscriptions?  Is it possible that in the past you had a subscription to ESPN+ through Roku?
