I paid for a year long NFL subscription last November, I was able to watch the first two weeks this year,, and it now says my subscription expired in August. The invoice for my purchase clearly shows the subscription runs into November of this year.
Issue has been resolved by Roku in the form of a refund.
Looks like maybe the NFL implementing their new NFL+ service may have had something to do with it.
Whatever the case, got it straightened out.
Email sent to support, hopefully it'll get sorted out. I tried signing out then signing in again, but it did nothing, and I still can't watch games.
Reset my password with NFL, as a possible solution:
Didn't work. Though it no longer showed me subscription options when trying to watch a game, instead I got "error code: 403 forbidden".
