Made Payment but still want another Payment

I just made payment last week and now you want another payment. Please explain why.

Could you please tell us more about the issue you're having? Are the charges for a subscription with a stand-alone channel or through Roku Pay?

Roku has taken 3 payments this month. Every week! How do i get refunded the 2 weeks? Who do I need to talk to?

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions," and they are the best ones to help you with that matter.
