Looking for an update on an Order I placed for a sound bar.

I ordered a new remote control for my roku.  My order was acknowledged but after a week I have not recoeved additional information and when checking my account you state no orders placed in last 6 months. I have no way of checkin my order status.  The order has been paid!!
