Agent support never connects, surely there are more options.
I cancelled Hulu after just one month but continue to be charged. Channel page shows it as not subscribed, I need to receive a refund of the 3 months of charges as I was only using it on a free trial.

Please address the Hulu charges for the last 3 months, this was cancelled & does not appear in my channels & shouldn’t since it was canceled.
I too cannot reach support to remove charges for a service we cancelled.
