It say I need a subscription in order to watch a show but I already have one... Whats going on

Same but for MAX. I paid through Roku but it will not allow me to watch it on the Roku app. Still says u need subscription.

@debc263 Login to your Roku account on a computer or phone using the exact same email address listed on your Roku device.  Your subscription should appear when you login to your Roku account.
