Roku Solutions sounds like a scam. The only legitimate charges that you might get from Roku is if you subscribe to something through Roku. Roku themselves do not charge for anything. If you log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and find nothing under the subscriptions, you are being scammed. I would immediately contest the charges with your CC provider, and ask them to cancel the card and issue you a card with a new number. Your CC information has been stolen and they are submitting fraudulent charges.
Why does the charge say Roku? The scammers can enter whatever name they desire in a text box to be shown as the biller. They do this in hopes that you see the name and just ignore it, thinking it's legit.

I am not a Roku employee, just another user.
