I subscribed for a tree trail to Max

I subscribed for a tree trail to Max. In the 2nd day I could no longer sign in therefore had ti do it again and got charged $10.81. I tried to cancel but couldn't get my $10.81 back even if it's only been 3 days. Then it said I have access til September but I still can't get in. What can I do? There us no customer service to help
