I need to cancel my Paramount+ subscription

I need to cancel my Paramount+ subscription but Roku says I have no subscriptions and I’m unable to log in to Paramount+. i need to speak with someone either through email or on the phone for assistance.

We'd be happy to help you with canceling the subscription on your account.

Have you tried checking the email address associated with your streaming device? Here are the steps to check: Home > Settings > System > About.

There are two ways to cancel a subscription, via the website and through a streaming device.

Here are the steps to cancel a subscription via the website:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go to My Subscriptions.
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Select Manage subscription and then select Turn off auto-renew
    Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription and you will not be billed for it in the future.

To cancel a subscription through a streaming device, you may visit this support article on how to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription

Furthermore, you may contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll have an option to call or chat with us.
