I have been charged two times for vudu and I do not have a subscription I want a refund please both transaction were for 11.99

Dear Roku

I have unauthorized charges on my checking account for Roku channel all the way back in January 2023.

I have sent my bank statements to you agents iin the past and never got the problem resolved.

These were Fraudulent charged that I never authorized.

My email is classmom3352@gmail.com.....

Please advise how you will handle this fraud against me

@classmom3352 First of all go into your post and remove your email address.  You are inviting scammers.  Second there is no charge for the Roku channel, however you can subscribe to various other channels through Roku.  On your Roku device go to settings, system, about and find the email associated with your Roku account.  Then login to your Roku account on a computer using that email.  Once you have logged in any subscriptions you have should be listed.  If you have no subscriptions listed it is possible you have a second Roku account with a different email or the charge is actually not from Roku.  Scammers can note the charge is from anyone to cover taking your money.  While you are logged into your Roku account set up a pin to make purchases and I would also suggest changing your password to your Roku account.
