I am handicapped and I cannot get any assistance

I have been having problems with billing your product your televisions for 6 months I have been trying to get in some contact with y'all and I have gotten nothing y'all care zip about your customers and even less about your handicap customers

Still handicapped and still no help

So I'm handicapped and after almost 6 months of trying to fix my Roku, they have double charged me 2 months to straight credited my account and then charged back twice the amount of which neither one they will fix or talk to me about, and now neither one of the TVs have been shut down which makes me really wonder if there's a conspiracy, but being handicapped and disabled every time I contact or try to get in touch with anybody at Roku I get no information about how I am supposed to access and get help from a human being on a telephone to tell me and help me do what I need to do to fix my problems. Not every place has a way for me to audio record and I'm sick of getting answers from Roku but aren't answers at all they're telling me to call Hulu well Hulu didn't turn off my television
