I pay for Hulu via Roku Pay, yet Hulu isn't listed as one of my subscriptions. How do I then cancel a subscription that seems to not exist?
Hi! @egnlsn,
Thank you for reaching out to the Roku Community!
Our billing team would be happy to assist you directly. You can reach them by phone or live chat at http://support.roku.com/contactus and choose the option for "Accounts, Payments, and Subscriptions.
Thanks,
Arjiemar
Hello, and thank you for your response. When I click on Subscriptions, it shows Disney+ as my only subscription. Looking at my Hulu account, Payment Method reads "Billed Through Roku." My payment every month goes to Roku, as per PayPal. Bottom line is that Hulu says get with Roku, while Roku says get with Hulu. My money goes to Roku.
What I am wanting to do is cancel both my Hulu (paid through Roku) and my Disney+ (also paid through Roku) and sign up for a bundled account directly with Hulu.
Hi! @egnlsn,
Thanks for the post.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew and unsubscribe. If you've subscribed to a paid or premium subscription through Roku Pay or The Roku Channel, you can turn off auto-renew and cancel the subscription anytime. You’ll continue to have access to your subscription until your current billing period ends and will not be charged moving forward. Free subscription trials must be canceled before the free trial period ends to avoid recurring subscription charges.
Channel subscriptions purchased through Roku can also be canceled on your Roku streaming device.
Please feel free to let us know if you need any additional assistance!
Thanks,
Arjiemar
