Super frustrating, why don't they just show the option to upgrade with the $60 additional fee. I've been talking to Peacock and Roku and they don't even know how to help. What a joke, now I'm stuck with an annual when I only wanted LIVE NBC. I went to Billing/Account/Subscriptions too, that circles you back to the same screen with no upgrade option.
