A downloader for what purpose? You can't install anything on a Roku device that isn't found in the Roku channel store. This isn't an Android box that you can sideload an APK file. That doesn't work. You cannot sideload an app on a Roku, period.

The email address shown on a Roku device is based on the user account that the device is linked to. It can be changed in your Roku user account at https://my.roku.com.
If you want your Roku to be linked to a different Roku user account, you must perform a factory reset on the Roku and link it to the new account. There's no way to change the account a device is linked to without doing this.
There is no ROKU support. They deliberately run you in circles until you give up and keep paying false charges them for subscriptions on your account. Use a debit card. Not a credit card. I went to my credit card company and the appeals process there is incredibly difficult, and ROKU never stops charging.

There is no way to speak with a service rep. There is a chat function but it's only available for certain issues and only some devices. See this page and there's a link at the bottom of the page for agent support.
