There is no ROKU support.  They deliberately run you in circles until you give up and keep paying false charges them for subscriptions on your account.  Use a debit card.  Not a credit card.  I went to my credit card company and the appeals process there is incredibly difficult, and ROKU never stops charging.

There is no way to speak with a service rep. There is a chat function but it's only available for certain issues and only some devices. See this page and there's a link at the bottom of the page for agent support.

You don't need to "renew" anything to use your Roku. There is no cost for a Roku user account or to use a Roku device. In fact, unless you absolutely must subscribe to something through Roku themselves (and I can't think of anything that would require that) we strongly suggest not having a CC stored in your Roku user account. I haven't had one attached to my account for many years, with no issues.

Pay what? There is no charge for using your Roku. There are a number of channels/apps that require payment, and a few can be paid through a Roku user account (but has nothing to do with an account number). It's not the preferable method to pay, however. It is more desirable to pay a provider directly, which gives you more control over your account and more leverage with the provider if you're having an issue.

@buenavista this isn't the proper place for such questions. This page provides various contacts within the corporate structure. You probably need to reach out to their mail address. I would also strongly recommend removing your personal contact information from your post. Scammers may attempt to contact you claiming to be with Roku. Click the three dots to the right of your post and select edit.
