I cancelled my months ago probably over a year ago ...however I can't cancel it on my Roku because it doesn't show it there or unactivated but I'm being charged every month for a channel I haven't used in a couple of years and can't seem to get any answers ...I guess I need to take this to the family law council and see what can be done and have all the moneys they have taken out of my bank account returned to me ......please for the Love of all good ...Help !!
I cancelled CBS months ago!! I’m still getting charged for it please cancel it & stop charging my credit card!!!!
@Katspartyshop, you can't accomplish that here. Log into your Roku account at https://my.roku.com using the email address that's displayed on your Roku device under Settings->System->About. You can manage your subscriptions that are through Roku there. If you have multiple Roku devices you may have multiple Roku accounts, so check the email address on each device. If there's still a problem, you'll have to contact account/billing support at https://support.roku.com/contactus .
