I have the $7.99 subscription for FrndlyTv. But it's not letting me download a movie that I like to see so I like to know how would I go by I guess upgrading to where I can download a movie.

For us to better assess this concern, upon attempting to download a movie, are you getting an error message? If so, could you possibly send us a photo of it? Also, were you able to download a movie before, or has this issue just recently happened?
