I was charge for BET+ a few days ago and I’m trying to cancel it. I got it through the Roku channel and now when I go to my subscription it’s not there. So where is this subscription and how to I cancel ASAP?!?!

Please be informed that if this option isn't available, it means the subscription isn't managed through Roku but directly through the streaming service provider. You'll need to contact them directly to cancel your subscription.
If you're still having trouble canceling your subscription, you can contact our Account and Billing team for further assistance. Visit our Account and Billing Support page and select the "Account, payments & subscriptions" category. You'll then have the option to call or chat with us.

Thank you. I have tried this and it did not have a manage subscription when I followed these steps. So I logged onto BET+ on my Roku tv and went into account and it says to cancel my subscription I need to go to the Roku portal. When I go there, the subscription is not showing up so I am getting very frustrated and confused on how to cancel.

I am no longer a customer to my cable company I have turned in their equipment several months ago I would like to cancel my subscription due to the fact that I do no longer have cable. Thk u for your help.
