To reach customer service, go to the Roku customer support page, click on contact us, then accounts, payment & subs, and then check the next section and you should be able to chat/talk with Roku support.
You can also log into your Roku account and click manage subscriptions and see if you have a subscription listed that you may have accidentally subscribed. I would also suggest setting up a pin number for preventing accidental/unauthorized purchases. You can also turn off auto-renew on your subscriptions.
