I am trying to pay for peacock, which is billed through Roku. My Roku says I have no active subscriptions and when I hit subscribe to watch on peacock, it does nothing. I’m really confused and I don’t understand why it’s doing this. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

@amessenger15 You indicate that Peacock is billed through Roku but you have no active subscriptions. Is it possible you have more than one Roku account? If you are not being billed for Peacock at this time I suggest going to https://www.peacocktv.com/plans/all-monthly choosing a plan there, install the app on Roku and login using the credentials you used to subscribe to Peacock.
