Got A Charge for a Subscription that I CANCELLED.

To whom it may concern.

On January 18th  I cancelled my subscription to Acorn TV.   I made it through Roku on my TV.   I DO NOT have an account with Acorn.    It was a promotion at $1.09 for two months.   I started it January 7th.    I got a notice that it WAS cancelled but looking at my bank statement, I noticed a charge from ROKU for $1.99 on January 19th.

I signed into Roku and went to my purchase history and there was a charge of $1.99 for Acorn TV.

It should have been a credit.   I tried contacting but am getting the run around.   Please advise.   If  not I will call my bank on Monday and claim it as FRAUD.

Thank you,

Marla

Re: Billing Dispute/Customer Service

I canceled my subscription to ACORN TV on January 19th and lo and behold...a bill in the amount of the subscription was cleared on my bank statement.

What do I do.    Going to those links do not help.
