is there a way I can call and get the subscriptions removed because the tv I got Roku stars on is not in my possession! ?

I had a trial subscription In september of 2024 forgot to cancel. I have four payments sent to my bank ,tried to cancel as november 2024 to no avail. on 1/23/2025 I received a payment of $10.93. all payments was prosessed. been online on roku for two nights all I get you are not available, but I went to the history it published three paramount trials. not mine they were canceled. received an emailed stating they were roku, asked for to much information didn't go along with them sice I'm not in the system afraid I have been scammed. do you asked screenshots of the bank statments? please help me with this problem. If I'am a ghost I can't cancel. Thank you.
