I received a survey request from Roku today (from: surveys@roku.com) and was wondering if it's legit.
I found this thread from 6 months ago. If it involves qualtrics, its legitimate.
In addition to authenticity, we should consider sincerity. From what I've seen, I bet someone at Roku needs a line item for this month's status report. Nothing more. Nothing less. (They never seem to be in the "listening to customers" business.). Maybe you could suggest they hang out on this forum for awhile.
Thanks for the inquiry.
When you click on the link, are you directed to a Roku website? If you are directed to a non Roku website, the link is most likely not legitimate.
Thanks,
Danny
How about not putting links in emails? Anyone should be wary of clicking on links in any email. Or have the link and also tell me where to go online if you want my opinion. I had my identity stolen by a very legit looking email and I don't click on anything any more.
