I am trying to cancel my Disney Plus subscription. I login to my Disney plus account and it says it is managed through Roku, so I login to my Roku account and it says I have no active subscriptions. How am I supposed to cancel this? Even the bank statement says “Roku for Disney”. Please help!
On your Roku, go to Settings/System/About and verify the email address you are using on the Roku site.
I am also having this issue. The same email that is on my Roku is the one for my account yet it still says I have no active subscriptions.
