Hey there, last year a purchased a subscription of discovery+ on roku, and the monthly payments are taken out of my PayPal. For months I've been trying to cancel the membership, but everytime I go into roku, it says I have no active subscriptions! I tried to go through PayPal, but the money is taken out from my roku account, and I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to fix this issue. Any help?
Hi @Coopersmom01,
Warm greetings from the Roku Community!
We will be more than happy to assist you further. To cancel subscriptions billed through Roku Pay:
Note: If you're billed directly by a subscription provider, such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and others, your billing relationship is with that provider, and you must contact them directly to cancel that subscription.
All subscriptions were auto-renewed. You must turn off auto-renew to cancel your subscription before your next billing period begins. No partial-term refunds are provided. Free subscription trials must be canceled before the free trial period ends to avoid recurring subscription charges.
For additional help, you can reach out to our Accounts and Billing team since they are the specialized department to best cater to your inquiry. To contact them, kindly refer to this link here. Make sure to select the Accounts and Billing option to be directed to their contact information.
We hope this helps, and please keep us posted if you need anything else.
Kind regards, John
