I had recently signed up for Max on my RokuTv, but all my other TVs are not Rokus. I could not sign in on other devices so I let the subscription run out, then I started another account for Max with a different email and used my phone to sign up. Now I cannot login to Max using my new account with new email because my Max app on my Roku TV won’t let me sign in and only recognizes my old Max account. If I had been able to use the Max app on various devices, I would not have had to start another account! Frustrated beyond belief. How can I sign in on my Roku TV as a new user?

Some of these things seem to be very persistent and hard to get rid of, but try removing the app by highlighting it on your Home Screen, pressing * on your Roku remote, and choosing the "Remove app (or channel)" option. Restart your Roku device by selecting "System restart" under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (depending on your device) and then add the app again once your device restarts. It may not help, but it's worth a try.
